Dec 2010 - The end of a great year for Alisha Nichole Studio!

2011 is right around the corner.. but there is still lot's going on in 2010 for Alisha Nichole Studio. This month Alisha will be working on a commercial for Baierl Automotive Company, bridal trials, and wedding parties, photo shoots with EEFM, Man of Steel Movie Screening, pre-production for Sinister Dream Productions and more.. here is a sneak peak of what has been happening... stay tuned for uploads!

Life on Set- Pittsburgh, PA - Alisha Nichole - Makeup Assistant

Alisha Nichole had the pleasure of working with so many new and wonderful artists on set over the last 3 weeks. She was brought on this film to work as a Makeup assistant to Sharyne Cordice & Doug Fairall. The film is set in 1975, so that meant lots of fun hair and makeup! Some of the local artists on her team were: Marianne Skiba, Karen Lovell, Sarah Gillis, Bethany Castelli, and Lexi. It was an amazing experience and exciting for Alisha to work with more local professionals in the industry here in Pittsburgh. 

 

Wedding Season in Michigan! Fall 2010 w/ Alisha Nichole: On Location Makeup & Hair Stylist

This Fall has been a wedding frenzy in Michigan! Alisha Nichole has 4 big weddings this October, 3 down and one more to go! Alisha can be found doing both hair and makeup on location or in some cases she works alongside a great team of stylists to get the job done. Pink! Fashion Show @ Heinz History Center for Pittsburgh Fashion Week

The Pink! Fashion Show was a huge success! There were fashions featured from several stores at Robinson Mall including: GAP, Express, Lane Bryant, Macy's, H & M, Charlotte Rousse, Banana Republic, and more! Alisha Nichole was a featured hairstylist along with stylists Cicero Childs and Brian Hartman owners of Ebony & Ivory Hair Salon. Joining them were makeup artists Hope, and Christine Whertman. my first blog posting..

Well folks.. it's official, I have created a blog. The past few weeks have been full of great experiences professionally.. not to mention I have been REALLY productive online. How so you may ask?.. well I have launched my first website: http://www.alishanichole.com/ , I have created a new facebook account and page for my business www.facebook.com/AlishaNicholeStudio, I have registered myself on several local wedding websites to get more bridal business in Pittsburgh, I have added myself as a Google location so that when clients are searching in the immediate area for a local artist my name hopefully comes up at the top of the list, I ordered my new business cards that have the new website on them and many other small random tasks to help promote my work... so see, it HAS been productive! haha
